Who is Sally?

My father was a Cuban immigrant physician who did not know the language & came over with nothing.   We were taught to have an unparalleled work ethic, to have self-discipline & to dream big. When my Dad bought his first home it was a sign that he succeeded in providing for his family and the American dream to own a home.

What is your background?

Prior to working in the real estate industry, I successfully sold in the medical sales arena which taught me that people come first & to treat everyone like you want to be treated!

What do you bring to the table?

As a skilled negotiator with my client's best interest at heart, I use all my strengths & my engaging personality to win people over coupled with my dedication to hunt for the perfect home. I have been known to scout out properties.  I will even visit a property a second time to ensure that this is the house they would like to call home.

It is not only my duty to represent my client but to also educate them throughout the entire process. As a consummate perfectionist, I deliver outstanding client services, 24/7 availability and a thirst to please every client.

Why do I love real estate?

What I love about real estate is the hunt for the perfect home.   When listing a home,  I personalize it with helping my clients get their home ready.   If that means washing the window, cleaning out a refrigerator, or helping them pack to declutter their home;  then  that is my commitment.  I genuinely believe that every home I list reflects myself; organized, clean & staged to sell. I take pride & go overboard in all that I do. 

I have raised two successful children who live in Colorado & Texas. My husband & I enjoy golfing & going to our condo in Sarasota, FL where I am pursuing a real estate license there as well.  I also re-furbish furniture & cabinets.
